We say no to feature requests that would only suit one customer. Keeping the product narrow is what keeps it usable.

Pricing is per seat and published. Working out what something costs should not require a conversation.

Data export is a feature, not a retention lever. If you leave, you leave with your data in a format that opens elsewhere.

We ship small changes often rather than large releases occasionally. It is less exciting and it breaks less.
